Workshops include science-based information and practical strategies that audience members can implement right away. Q&A is offered throughout and at the end of each session. Upon request, a copy of the slides for attendees and a recording for internal use may also be available.

Typically, workshops run between 45-60 minutes. We have the ability to deliver shorter or longer workshops as well.
